Here at McKAIG Chevrolet Buick, we're thrilled to be part of such an outstanding and supportive community. As such, we're always eager to give back in any way that we can!

This weekend, we're thrilled to be hosting a Child Safety Day to help local families learn more about how to keep their kids safe. On Saturday, January 20th, from 10AM - 4PM, we'll have specialized digital imagery equipment from Operation KidSafe onsite to help families get a Child Safety Kit set up for their children.

McKAIG Child Safety Day

This Child Safety Kit captures a photo of your child along with his or her digital ink-free fingerprints on a convenient 8.5x11” printout. While we certainly hope that you never need it, this information can aid tremendously in an investigation if the unthinkable ever happens and your child goes missing.

All of your and your child's personal information remains completely private when your Child Safety Kit is assembled. The information is printed directly onto the kit, and is not saved or retained.

Additionally, the Gregg County Sheriff's Department will be onsite from 11AM - 1PM handing out informational pamphlets on How to Call 9-1-1 for Kids.

Of course, all of these services are completely complimentary and free of charge. McKAIG Chevrolet Buick and Operation KidSafe are simply focused on helping local families to learn more about child safety and how to be better prepared.

A Dash of Family Fun

While the focus of this event is how to help your children stay safe, we recognize that it can also be tough to hold a child's focus--especially on a Saturday! Don't worry, though; we'll also be having some fun that the whole family can enjoy.

From 11AM - 3PM, Corn Pop the Clown will be here at McKAIG Chevrolet Buick to brighten things up during the event!

If you have question about attending the event, don't hesitate to contact us online or to give us a call at (903) 339-2139. We're here to help!
